Tai Chi and SAIL (Staying Active and Independent for Life)

Summary

Come join the six week Tai Chi class put on by OHAI on Mondays and Wednesdays January 9th through February 15th.

Come join the six week Tai Chi class put on by OHAI on Mondays and Wednesdays January 8th through February 14th.

Tai Chi helps seniors reduce the risk of falling, increase balance and flexibility.

Registration is not required but will help guarantee you a place. Call the library at 580-327-1833 to register!

SAIL

Staying Active and Independent for Life (SAIL) is a fitness program for older adults, which can be done sitting or standing. Performing exercise that improves strength, balance and fitness is critical for staying active and reducing the risk of falls. The SAIL program was designed with these principals in mind. Each class includes warm-up, stretching, cardio, balance, and strengthening exercise, as well as a cool down.

Classes for this start January 9th and are every Tuesday and Thursday
